6 Yoga Asanas To Help You Burn Your Belly Fat


Yoga is the most trusted and effective method of nourishing and toning one's body in a holistic sense. The poses mentioned below are a few of the easier ones, especially for beginners.

Bhujangasana (Cobra pose)

Lie on the floor, face down, stretch your legs back, and lift your upper body off the floor. Hold this position for 25-30 seconds.

Dhanurasana (Bow pose)

Lie down on the floor, bend your knees, and lift your hands and feet. Hold this pose for 30 seconds.

Kumbhakasana (The plank)

Lie face down, Lift your body up onto straightened arms, Balance on your toes, and Face forward or down. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat.

Naukasana (Boat pose)

Lie down on the ground, relax your shoulders, keep your legs straight, and raise your hands and legs together to form a V-shape.

Ustrasana (Camel Pose)

Kneel on the floor, arch your back inwards, and touch your heels with your hands. Hold this pose for one minute.

Eka Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana

Get into a downward-facing dog pose, straighten one leg, lift it up, lower it under your abs and repeat 10 times.
